About Phone Plus

Phone Plus is a contact centre with a lot of experience and even more heart. We are unique because we are owned and staffed locally and have benefitted from the business depth that came from having had a corporate parent. We have sites in Auckland and Northland and we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our journey began in 1993 and in 2000 the company was purchased by the Top Energy Group. In 2016, former Contact Centre Manager, Samantha Mills became the new owner and Director of Business Services. Samantha has many years’ experience in the Contact Centre industry and is a member of the Contact Centre Institute of New Zealand (CCINZ), Marketing Association (MA) and the Auscontact Association.

Phone Plus has evolved from delivering traditional call centre functions to partnering with businesses to bring expertise and experience in sales, customer service, market research and critical back-office administrative processing. Having two sites also enables us to provide disaster recovery functionalities.

Quality, continuity and a genuine care for our people underlines everything we do. This is reflected in the fact that we invest heavily in training and professional development and all full-time staff receive training to the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) standard. We will also remain committed in providing sustainable employment opportunities for Northland people and are proud to have an extremely low turnover of staff there which in turn is good for our people and great for our clients.
