Our Customer Services Representatives are outstanding at providing knowledgeable, courteous and professional service to callers.  
If you are a Telesales Agent with Phone Plus, you will provide knowledgeable, courteous and professional service to callers. 
Our Administration Management people are very important and special to us. They carry out administrative functions to support key campaigns and back-office services. 
Being a Shift Leader at Phone Plus is all about ensuring the smooth running of the contact centre. This involves making sure that operators provide knowledgeable, courteous and professional service to callers and by ensuring that employee management and reporting requirements for the shift are met.
We love our Team Leaders! They are responsible for the effective co-ordination and supervision of telesales agents.
When operating a business that offers services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, quality information technology and systems support is really important. Our wonderful Systems Developers are the ones who develop, implement and maintain systems applications in line with user requirements.
